Exchange and return policy


Return and exchange policy:

  • To benefit from the exchange and return services, you must bring the original invoice.
  • If the course is cancelled for any reason, the course value will be returned to the customer or he will be compensated for it with another course as he wishes, provided that the price of the other course is the same as the price of the previous course.
  • The customer has the right to replace the paid course amount with another course 24 hours before the start of the course for which the paid course price was paid, provided that the price of the other course is the same as the price of the previous course. In the event of an increase in price, the customer is obligated to pay the price difference, and in the event of a decrease in price, the remaining balance is calculated for the customer to benefit from in future courses.
  • The customer's right to request a refund of the amount paid for the course is forfeited if the request is not submitted at least seven working days before the start of the course.
  • The amount paid will be refunded to the customer's account if the reason for the refund is verified within 10 working days.
  • If payment is made via one of the following methods (credit cards - Mada - Apple Pay), the bank fees for the cashback resulting from this will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • In the event that the diving trip is cancelled for any reason, the course value will be returned to the customer or he will be compensated with another trip as he wishes, provided that the price of the other trip is the same as the price of the previous trip.
  • The customer has the right to exchange the amount of the paid diving trip for another trip seven working days before the start of the trip for which the price was paid, provided that the price of the other trip is the same as the price of the previous trip. In the event of an increase in price, the customer is obligated to pay the price difference, and in the event of a decrease in price, the remaining balance is calculated for the customer to benefit from in future trips.
  • The customer's right to request a refund of the amount paid for the diving trip is forfeited if the request is not submitted at least 14 working days before the start of the trip.
  • If payment is made via one of the following methods (credit cards - Mada - Apple Pay), the bank fees for the cashback resulting from this will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • Return of goods within 7 days and exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
  • The product must be in its original condition, the same as when purchased, with all its accessories and wrapped in the original packaging.
  • In the event of purchasing a package or offer bundle, the customer must return all products included in the bundle, and they cannot be returned partially, provided that all products are in their original condition.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of return or exchange.
  • Opened products cannot be returned or replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect, noting that non-replaceable products are anything that violates or deviates from the warranty terms such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - exposure of the product to water - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s features).
  • Coral Beach Store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the product’s stock running out and return the amount to the customer in his bank account or on his card. The customer does not have the right to demand the provision of the product.
  • Our policy is subject to change without notice. Coral Beach reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
  • In case of bank transfer: The return process - bank transfer - to your account will take from 2 to 12 working days.
  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products: electronic devices, cards and gifts.
